Who we are
A builder that works the way site teams wish everyone did.
We were incorporated in Nottingham in September 2020 on a simple frustration: too many builders turn up with a different crew every week, price the job twice and disappear before the snagging. We built the opposite.
Our core trades are directly employed, carded and trained in-house. Every job has a named site manager and a director behind them. And every completed project hands over with weekly photographic records, certificates and a twelve-month defects period.

Survey & scope
We attend site within 48 hours, walk the job with you and issue a scoped, itemised quotation — measured properly, with no placeholder allowances.

Programme & mobilise
Drawings, RAMS, permits and Building Control notifications are in place before work starts. Every operative arrives carded, briefed and inducted.

Build & report
A named site manager owns the job from first fix to snagging. You get weekly photographic progress, a live programme and one number to call.

Handover & aftercare
Sparkle clean, sign-off documentation, warranties and certificates, followed by a twelve-month defects period we actually answer during.
